During individual therapy, you’ll work closely with your therapist to set goals and develop a plan tailored to your specific needs. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and may occur weekly, biweekly, or at a frequency that suits your needs. Your therapist will use a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills (DBT), EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness based techniques and much more!  Each therapist at GTSD is trained to provide treatment that is client led and that is individualized to meet your therapeutic goals.
